What other amounts cost

Repaid in 14 days, with any membership counted for one month. Small advances cost the most per dollar: a fee that doesn’t shrink with the amount weighs more on $25 than on $200. Blank cells mean DailyPay doesn’t publish that price.

Regulatory actions

From official sources only. A complaint states allegations; it is not a finding.

  • New York Attorney General (complaint (verified petition)): AG Letitia James filed against DailyPay in New York Supreme Court. She alleges that its employer-integrated advances are usurious payday loans, that its marketing is deceptive, and that it violates New York's wage-assignment laws. Per the AG, its most common product, a 7-day $20 advance for $2.99, is over 750% APR, and DailyPay collects fees on about 90% of advances. Status: DailyPay removed the case to the Southern District of New York (No. 1:25-cv-03439). The court remanded it to state court (opinion 2025-09-19; federal case closed 2025-09-23). DailyPay's own federal suit against the AG (DailyPay, LLC v. James, No. 1:25-cv-02849) was voluntarily dismissed on 2025-12-05. The state case is pending, with no official ruling or settlement found as of 2026-11-08. Source
