Possible Loan: what $100 really costs
Possible lends $50–$500 (more in some states) as an installment loan repaid in four payments over about eight weeks. The cost is a finance charge set by state, $20 per $100 in most states. Possible doesn’t use credit scores to decide, and charges no late fees.

Regulatory actions
From official sources only. A complaint states allegations; it is not a finding.
- California Department of Business Oversight (now DFPI) (consent order): Possible made deferred-deposit (payday-type) installment loans in California under a California Financing Law license instead of the required CDDTL license, after a licensing consultant filed the wrong application. Possible self-disclosed and stopped lending. It was ordered to desist and refrain and paid a $51,500 penalty, and DBO then issued a CDDTL license. The date is from the DFPI action page; the order text indicates late Dec 2019. Status: Resolved by consent order. Source
